When contacting potential volunteers please follow these procedures:


  1. Assign the volunteer to your team (whether you confirm them or not)
  2. If they cannot volunteer or if they do not respond move them from your team to "Inactive".  Remember to add a note why you moved them to "inactive"
  3. If they respond and are available but for any reason you do not keep them on your team, please move them back into the pool for another captain to contact them.


This policy is to avoid multiple contacts to the same volunteer at the same time and the confusion it creates.
