Some fields cannot be updated by the user.  These fields are displayed, but not editable, when you view your profile. These fields are considered static (e.g. your birthdate) as they do not change. 


If you need any of those protected items updated/changed for any reason (such a legal name change) please submit a ticket with proper explanation why these changes are necessary, any documentation you need to provide, and someone will take a look and get back to you as soon as we can.  


THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • You can update your contact information yourself anytime.
  • If a piece of information needs to be updated that is not editable from your login, submit a ticket along with any appropriate documentation.
